License
Your purchase grants a personal or business, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ScriptFlow Studio on up to 3 devices at a time, including updates to version 1.x. You may not resell, share or publish your license key.
Your content
You own the scripts you write. You are responsible for the content you create, for the accuracy of facts in it, and for having the right to use any reference material you import. The software is designed to learn structure, not wording, from reference scripts, and flags copied passages. You are responsible for respecting others’ copyrights.
AI features
AI features require your own OpenRouter account and are billed by OpenRouter. AI output can be wrong. Analysis scores and checks are editorial aids, not guarantees of audience retention, monetization or detection outcomes.
Availability
The app runs in your browser and keeps a working copy of your data on your device. With cloud sync on (the default), your scripts are also stored with your license so they can be restored; we still recommend occasional backups. License verification requires periodic internet access (at least every 30 days).
Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
