Who we are

ScriptFlow Studio is sold by ScriptFlow (“we”). Contact: support@scriptflow.com.

Your scripts and research

The app keeps a working copy of your scripts, channels, reference scripts and research notes in your browser. Unless you turn cloud sync off in Settings, that data is also stored on our server (hosted on Cloudflare), linked to your license, so it can be restored on any device where you activate your license. We use it only to provide sync and, at your request, support; we do not sell it, share it, or use it to train AI models. Your OpenRouter API key and app settings are never synced. Synced data is kept while your license exists; email us to have it deleted. Backups you download are files on your device.

AI requests

If you add an OpenRouter API key, AI requests (including the script text needed for the request) are sent directly from your browser to OpenRouter and the model provider you select. We are not a party to those requests. Their handling is governed by OpenRouter’s and the provider’s terms and privacy policies. Your API key is stored only in your browser, and never in backups or on our servers.

Purchases

Payments are processed by Gumroad. We receive from Gumroad the information needed to deliver and verify your license, such as your email address, license key and purchase status. We never see your card details.

License verification

To activate and re-verify your license, our license server stores: your license key, the email on the purchase, purchase status (for example, refunded), a random device identifier generated by the app, a device label such as “Chrome on macOS”, and activation and last-check timestamps. This is used only to enforce the device limit, handle refunds and provide support. Our server is hosted on Cloudflare.

Analytics and cookies

The app and this website do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies.

Retention and your rights

License records are kept while your license is active and for as long as needed for tax, fraud-prevention and support purposes. To access or delete your license data, email us. Deleting license data deactivates the license.
